Tradori is a family story that began in 1954, when Rina Allevi, then a 23-year-old administrative employee, was hired by Aldo Balzi, a labour consultant registered at number 1 in the Milanese Register of Labour Consultants. He was the founder and first president of what was then called the “Association of Labour and Social Security Consultants”, now known as the “National Association of Labour Consultants”, or simply “ANCL”.
Rina became more and more passionate about her work and, over time, Cavalier Balzi’s firm began to coincide with what she called her family, since her husband, Vittorio Tradori, was also employed by the latter at the end of an evening course in accountancy.
The story would not have continued if Cavalier Balzi had not decided to bequeath half of his firm to Rina and Vittorio as a token of gratitude for the work done and the affection he felt for them, an affection that, according to the stories that Rina and Vittorio have always told, is still reciprocated after decades.
And so, in 1976, the Tradori firm was founded in Milan, with Vittorio Tradori at the helm, who qualified
as an employment consultant in June of that year. A few years later, in 1981, Pilar Elisabetta Tradori, Rina and Vittorio’s daughter, joined the office. She is the current owner of the firm and is proud to continue the family tradition in accordance with the ethical and moral values handed down by her predecessors.
The Tradori firm has continued to operate with the collaboration of various professionals and historical and irreplaceable collaborators such as Gabriele Morassut, Giuliana Conchedda, Eleonora Tomaselli and Maurizio Rossi, and then expanded in 2023 when Alessandro Rossi, Pilar and Maurizio’s son, qualified as an employment consultant and began working on the basis of the teachings received.
The company looks to the future with curiosity and ambition, in a constant search for continuous improvement, new techniques and new areas of activity, while maintaining the focus on the values consolidated over more than 70 years of history.
